The student who has shown a high level of achievement in Exploring Graphic
Design and wishes to explore it in greater depth is encouraged to take Graphic Design II B. This full year course is similar to course 611 Graphic Design II A ,
but the projects are more complex, sophisticated, and long term. There is an emphasis on developing a heightened awareness to typography as it relates to communication design. Students develop advanced skills in imaging, illustration,
and page-layout software while producing creative, thought-provoking solutions
to various design problems.
