This course builds upon the Fundamentals of Art. In a more in-depth investigation than Course 607, students will learn and apply the techniques of three-dimensional media to discover each media’s specific disposition, including the extent of its possibilities and its limitations. Media to be explored includes wire, papier-mâché, plaster, metal, multi-media assemblage, site-specific installation and a special unit on clay.
